The markets have been tough, and it is hard to say outcomes have been were I would want them. However, Phils advice has put me in a better position to understand the fluctuations. I am extremely happy to have an advisor who gives it warts and all!

What could they have done better?

A difficult one to answer. Finding investments that only go up, would be great. But seriously, I am not going to make up something Phil is not performing at just to answer this question. He’s doing a great job. Thanks Phil?

I needed someone I trusted to release equity from my home to install solar heating and to improve the quality of my life.

I found Phil's details on the Equity Release Council's website and from the start he was professional, informative, friendly and he found me the product I was looking for. I felt I could trust him to handle my Equity Release in a good way, which he ultimately did.

I certainly have, I received my Equity Release a week ago.

I had inherited some money and was due to retire. I also had some shares in a fund of which I was not happy with the service they gave me.

Phil is a very personable person who explained all my options with clarity.He has put my funds in ethically sound companies, which is important to me. He also gave me advice on buy to let property and all the tax implications.
